Music Mood/Atmosphere
Sara had loved singing ever since she was little. She would sing and play music with her childhood friends Haru, Mido, Seha, and Sion, and they often promised each other that one day, they'd stand together on an amazing stage.
But as time passed, Sara became more and more focused on performing. Thoughts like “Am I doing well enough?” and “Shouldn’t I be more perfect?” started to take over. Before she knew it, practice and flawless performances had become more important than her friends’ words.
Her friends could sense the change in her, and unspoken feelings began to build up between them.
Six days before the school festival, Sara found a club withdrawal form sitting on the desk. Shocked, she ran to her friends to ask why, but all she got in return was, “Have you ever really listened to us?”
With Haru trying to mediate, they agreed to stay together just until the festival. But tension lingered between them.
That evening, under the setting sun, Sara walked home alone. She wasn’t sure what exactly she had heard or what she had missed, but the more she thought about it, the more tangled her feelings became.
Afraid that overthinking would only make things worse, she tried to brush it all off. Pretending nothing was wrong, she quietly murmured to herself, “Today was just...one of those days,” hoping to shake off the emotions she couldn't quite name.
